Alcomet received the award for “Growth” by CEIBGJune 17, 2016
Shumen-based company Alcomet was given the prestigious second place in “Growth” category by the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists (CEIBG). CEIBG is the biggest employers` organization in Bulgaria. The award was given to Fikret Ince, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alcomet, by Bozhidar Lukarski, Minister of Economy, during the CEIBG Second Spring Gathering. It took place at John Atanasov hall in Sofia Tech Park, having the presence of the most famous politicians and economists of the country. Formal ceremony guests were the Prime Minister Boiko Borisov and six more Ministers. Over 400 business, science and culture, media representatives and diplomats took part in the spectacular forum, titled – “CEIBG – quality, growth and innovation from Bulgaria”.
Winner in “Growth” category became “Abrites”. A recognition in “Quality” category was given to “Coca Cola Hellenic bottling company” Bulgaria AD. The award was given to Andreas Pelekanu – Executive director of “Coca Cola HBC” Bulgaria by Boyko Borisov. Ex-Chairman of CEIBG (2010-2014) and Executive director of “Sopharma” AD Ognyan Donev gave the prestigious prize for ”Innovation” to Anton Karlov, director of “Legal and Corporate Affairs” of “Kamenitza” AD. The special award for Overall Achievements was given to prof. Lachezar Tsotsorkov, Chairman of Asarel Medet AD Supervisory board. The award was presented by Kiril Domuschiev, the Chairman of CEIBG. CEIBG honorary golden sign for contributions to private health care in Bulgaria was presented to Stayko Spiridonov, Ph.D. He is executive Director of “Higia” Hospital and the sign was given to honour the 25th anniversary of the hospital.
