The Management of ALCOMET AD officially declares hereby its ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY which is stated, fully understood, actively supported and maintained at all levels of the Organization.

The present policy is adequate for the company activities at conditions defining the impact rate of these activities
on the environment, applicable to the requirements of the existing legislation and with minimal aspect regarding the environment pollution.

The Management fully accepts its responsibilities to follow its ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY and its main objectives:

•Support and improve the documented Integrated Management System (IMS) in the part environment and to engage the Organization personnel;
•Achieve and maintain a full conformability with all activity applicable legislation and regulations, third party
requirements and public opinion regarding the environment;
•Identify and assess all aspects of its activity, define and apply effective management methods of crucial aspects for pollution prevention and sustainable improvement;
•Plan and implement concrete measures (objectives and programmes) to reduce the negative environment impact;
•Report periodically the rate of implementation of the general and specific objectives, the environment programmes, the rate of convergence with the complex permit as well as the requirements of the parties regarding the results of the environment policy;
•Sophisticate the production technologies/services/products supply aimed to lower the expense of raw materials, energy and reduction of the quantity of disposal/emissions to values specified by the applicable law;
•Remove all activities waste in an ecologically effective way.

ALCOMET AD has developed, implanted and actively supported by the whole management and executive body an Integrated Management system (IMS) in compliance with the Standard EN ISO 14001:2004 to realize this Policy and its objectives.

The adequacy of the Policy, the rate of implementation of the objectives and the programmes, the correspondence to the legislation requirements, the Integrated Management system (IMS) condition and the improvement possibilities shall be periodically tested by the Internal audits and Management inspection.

The declared ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY is in congruence with the Vision and the Strategy of the Management for the future development of the company.
