The management of ALCOMET AD and its Executive Director hereby officially declare their QUALITY POLICY which is stated, fully understood, actively supported and maintained at all levels of the Organization.
     
The Quality Policy relates to production activities of items of Al and AL alloys. The effective management of all basic, secondary and control processes at ALCOMET AD achieve sustained, profitable growth for the company and its customers alike.
     
The policy of ALCOMET AD aims to provide services and products which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers and ensure compliance with the legislation requirements as well.   
   
ALCOMET AD considers the quality as its social responsibility towards its clients and the working environment. 
   
ALCOMET AD conducts its activities at a modern highly technological level, has mutually beneficial relations with its
commercial partners and is a loyal partner.    
   
ALCOMET AD endeavors at all times to maximize its customers’ satisfaction, to answer the customers’ needs and expectations using the data for achieving better quality of the provided products and services.   
   
The policy of ALCOMET AD is to ensure that all personnel is highly qualified, experienced and committed to the extent to undertake their assigned activities effectively and to meet the requirements of the clients and contribute to the future prosperity of the company. There are relations of partnership and trust established between the personnel and the management of the company.  
  
ALCOMET AD has developed, implanted and actively supported by the whole management and executive body an Integrated Management System (IMS) for quality, environment and health and safety at work. The system is in compliance with the Standard EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 to realize this Policy and its objectives.
  
The adequacy of the Policy, the rate of implementation of the quality objectives, the correspondence to the legislation requirements, the Integrated Management system (IMS) condition and the improvement possibilities shall be periodically tested by the Internal audits and Management inspection.
  
The declared QUALITY POLICY is in congruence with the Vision and the Strategy of the Management for the future development of the company.
